Please read these terms carefully before using the hhdb platform. By accessing or using any part of hhdb, you agree to be bound by all terms set out below.
Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and hhdb ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of the hhdb platform at hhdb.club, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety.
These Terms apply to all products and services offered by hhdb, including but not limited to cricket betting, live casino games, slots, crash games, table games, promotional offers, and any future product additions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account by contacting hhdb support.
Player Eligibility
To register and use an hhdb account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. hhdb strictly prohibits access by persons under 21. Age verification is mandatory before withdrawals are processed.
- You must be a natural person (individual) registering on your own behalf. Corporate, trust, or agent registrations are not permitted.
- You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration. Providing false details is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
- You must not already hold an existing hhdb account. One account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts may be closed and associated balances withheld pending investigation.
- You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to confirm that your use of hhdb is lawful in your location.
hhdb reserves the right to request documentary proof of any eligibility requirement at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.
Account Registration and Security
Each player is permitted to hold one account on the hhdb platform. Registration requires a valid mobile number, a unique password, and accurate personal details. The mobile number provided at registration serves as your primary account identifier and must remain valid and accessible throughout the period your account is active.
Account Security Obligations
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any other person. hhdb will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where that access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify hhdb support immediately.
KYC Verification
hhdb is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawals. KYC documentation may include one or more of the following:
- A clear photograph of your National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission.
- A valid Bangladesh passport (if NID is unavailable or under renewal).
- Proof of mobile wallet ownership for the wallet registered as your primary withdrawal destination.
Deposits and Withdrawals
hhdb supports a range of Bangladesh payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals. All financial transactions on the platform are processed under 256-bit SSL encryption. hhdb does not store raw payment card details or mobile wallet PINs.
Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit for KYC-verified accounts. Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon successful payment confirmation from the payment provider. hhdb is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processing systems, bank maintenance windows, or mobile network outages.
Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawals are available only to accounts that have completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where technically possible. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:
- KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is released, regardless of the amount.
- Active bonus funds may not be withdrawn unless the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
- hhdb reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual.
- Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad for verified accounts are processed automatically without manual review for standard amounts. Bank transfers typically process within one to two Bangladesh business days.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
From time to time hhdb makes available welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin offers, cashback promotions, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer.
General Bonus Conditions
Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus funds, which are separate from your real-money balance until wagering requirements are satisfied. The following conditions apply across all hhdb promotional offers:
- Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
- All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms.
- hhdb reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to reclaim bonus funds from any account where abuse of the promotion system is suspected.

- Any attempt to exploit bonuses through coordinated betting strategies, arbitrage, or other methods designed to circumvent the spirit of the promotion will result in disqualification from the offer and may result in account closure.
Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct
You agree to use the hhdb platform only for its intended purpose of lawful personal entertainment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:
- Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to place wagers or interact with the platform.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the platform's deposit and withdrawal facilities.
- Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses more than once or circumventing account restrictions.
- Colluding with other players or third parties to exploit game mechanics, bonus structures, or platform systems.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or exploit any software, game logic, or security mechanism deployed by hhdb.
- Accessing the platform on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account for any purpose.
hhdb employs automated monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited activity is detected, hhdb reserves the right to void all bets placed during the period of prohibited activity, close the account, and withhold any balance pending investigation. In serious cases involving suspected criminal conduct, hhdb may report the matter to the relevant authorities.
Responsible Gaming
hhdb is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years for all players. Players who wish to manage their gaming activity may use the deposit limit, session time-out, and self-exclusion tools available from the account dashboard. hhdb does not send unsolicited bonus promotions to players who have activated any responsible gaming restriction.

Intellectual Property
All content on the hhdb platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, game presentation layers, promotional graphics, text, and software, is the proprietary property of hhdb or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the hhdb platform without the prior written consent of hhdb. Unauthorised use of hhdb intellectual property may give rise to claims for damages and injunctive relief.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hhdb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption. hhdb's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your account in the thirty days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
hhdb does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free of errors, or that any defect will be corrected within a specific timeframe. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may temporarily affect platform availability. hhdb will endeavour to communicate planned maintenance windows in advance where practicable.
Privacy and Data Protection
hhdb collects and processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy. hhdb processes your personal data solely for the purposes of operating your account, processing transactions, conducting KYC verification, complying with applicable legal obligations, and improving the platform. hhdb does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
Amendments to These Terms
hhdb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, hhdb will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on the platform and, where practicable, by notifying registered players via their registered contact details. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.
Your continued use of the hhdb platform following the posting of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease use of the platform immediately and contact hhdb support to close your account.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts competent to hear such matters. In the event of a dispute between you and hhdb, we encourage you to contact hhdb support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. hhdb commits to responding to all player complaints within five Bangladesh business days. If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated in accordance with applicable dispute resolution procedures.
